Who does the work, and how is AI used?
Better Local SEO is led by Brian Bateman and uses the Poyjo service platform. AI agents help research, prepare proposals and carry out approved SEO tasks, with Brian’s oversight and the customer’s required approvals. We check actual account access, verify completed changes and keep a work history. Questions, missing permissions and changes that need a decision are held for review.
How do I sign up and start my program?
Choose Local SEO Management, Google Ads Management or Content Marketing on Pricing, then select Start my program. Tell us your name, email, business, website, service area and goals. Open the private sign-in link from hello@betterlocalseo.com to review your analysis and proposed priorities in Account. Creating the account is free; billing starts only when you authorize your selected program and payment.
What happens after my payment is confirmed?
Your paid program enters our service workflow using the business details and goals you provided. We check your setup, verify access to the relevant website and Google accounts, and establish the available starting measurements. We then prepare the first specific changes for your approval in Account. Work that needs access or approval waits for that step, and we tell you what is needed.
Will you make changes without asking me?
Proposed website and Google Business Profile changes appear in Account with the specific changes and the reason for them. You can approve them or ask for revisions. Payment is authorization for your program, not blanket approval to alter your business assets. Revised proposals need approval again; advertising budgets, new spending and custom projects require separate authorization.
Will I stay in control of my website and data?
Yes. Your business keeps ownership or administrator control of its website and relevant marketing accounts. We request the access needed for the selected work, verify it and keep a record of approved changes. You can review work, ask for revisions and manage future renewals in Account.
How will I see progress and results?
Your Better Local SEO Account holds requests, approvals, work history and reports. Weekly updates summarize progress, outstanding steps and next priorities. Detailed monthly reports explain completed work, available dated measurements, what they mean and what we recommend next. Reports distinguish implemented changes from measured search or lead results, and identify data that is missing or too early to judge.
